We welcome you to participate in the 3rd annual Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning [MERL] Workshop as part of a process that seeks to revolutionize the way you and your organization plan for and track results. This year, the workshop goes to Kenya and will be held from, 28th August 2012 to 31st August, 2012 at the Laico Regency, Nairobi The course is expected to draw participants from across English speaking Africa.
